In general it was fine ... need to improve your service when there is a malfunction it takes a very long time until service arrives..it does not make sense to wait over an hour for towels..or a malfunction in the door lock took about an hour and a half until they arranged at that time we waited outside in the hallway ... and more food It was excellent, it is very desirable that there should also be vegan cheeses at breakfast.

Overall was fine. The reception on Friday took a long time. We signed up to sit through the site and all that is left is to get a key. For some reason we waited about half an hour in line and even when we were received, we stood at the counter far beyond logic.

The hotel is comfortable, large and spacious rooms, the food is lacking, on a good Friday evening, on a bad Saturday. The rooms are clean but the lobby is dirty, there is no plan for those who stay until Sunday. After 19:00.

המלון היה הרבה יותר נקי בעבר, אבל אנחנו מבינים שקשה לחזור למקור לאחר הקורונה כשיש צורך בגיוס עובדים חדש. הרגשנו את הניסיון לרצות אותנו בכל מחיר. השירות מצוין. נהננו מכל רגע. מאחלים להם לחזור מהר לשגרה.

הכל היה טוב מאוד למעט בעיה קטנה בחדר 1. הניאגרה לא תקינה והכיור כל הזמן ניסטם. לגבי מעלית שבת רצוי לתכנן אותה לעצירה אחת במחצית הדרך כך ני שצריך קומה 9 או 10 אין צורך שיעלה עד לקומה 17 ויתחיל לרדת זה מיותר

The restaurant on the entrance floor is terrible in terms of service. We waited for three quarters of an hour for food. Besides, one of the main reasons for reaching the Dead Sea is the immersion in the sea water. The hotel pools are not suitable at all because they are not heated enough. If the hotel wants to save energy please consider installing a facility for insertion of the entrance tickets inside the rooms which allows automatic shutdown of the electricity and air conditioner when leaving the room

There are 2 dining rooms. Divide the rooms into 2 rooms in advance and there will be no mess. The shtetl should start from 6 in the morning until 8 in the evening and not in the afternoon when the heat is high and do not come ashore. We leave and return to the Lot Hotel. An example of order in the dining rooms and includes except for family privacy and not one within each other.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained and the spa is great The only problem is the quality of the food which throughout the stay was of a very specific nature and seasoning, so if a population does not connect with it ... it has to deal with the style all the time

The room is not clean, it is obvious that in a short time the chamberlains do not have time to clean properly, like wiping dust and sucking the dirty carpet. We remembered it much better than we were there 6 years ago. They have a drainage problem and there is a smell of sewage in the dining room. There could be a regional problem that even the mall area had a bad smell. The hotel is just fine and the spa is simply great at the hotel and it is a positive plus to the hotel. The room was not really clean and could be a little more.

They enjoyed the hotel in a big way, but the cleanliness needed improvement, the furniture was old and the design was very simple, there were not enough maps on the tables in the dining room. The food itself is delicious and varied. The hotel is not close to the sea but there is a shuttle service

Service at the spa and reception is not professional and respectful, which I eat all the time, there was no hot water in the shower all the time. We did not receive pebbles, water and chocolate for a room like the one listed on the site even though we ordered a premium room and we mentioned 3 times in the reception. We just paid a lot more money. We did not enjoy ourselves at all.

Total hotel good, but serious problems with insulation. The water would not come down in the room, one sauna did not work at all. Shower-tubs also did not work ... really bad

We came with expectations sky light of recommendations from friends and feedbacks we read. Was a bit disappointing, our room suite was located beneath the engines of the elevators, which made the noise unbearable, not the hotel staff helped our requests. The most obvious minus is the level of cleanliness in the rooms. Except for arranging beds not made up by staff at. The carpet is dirty food and sucked all, nothing brings ants and other insects. The rest really good. Fear to touch dirty things detrimental to vacation and shame.

Very disturbing that not one time we ate in the hotel's normal because we had full occupancy All meals in the Congress, especially hindered Friday .. no atmosphere Friday was not pleasant to sit at the table of six pair that is what a conference room offered.
